Policy of Exchanging and Returning Goods
Conditions for changing returns

The returned product must include Pie Pie’s bill and also within the return period (3 days since the date of the invoice to the customer)

Product defects in form (distortion, defection, cracking…)

Product is wrong in size, quantity compared to information on packing, barcode
-
Expired goods (Applied with baking ingredients)
Method of return and return goods
Customers contact to Pie Pie via Hotline in case of returning goods. Pie Pie only accepts payment by the following methods:

Change the original product to the correct product code on the invoice

Change to another product with a total value equal to or greater than the product code customer purchased on the invoice.

No refunds in any case.
